Online & Direct Teamwear & Merchandise Supply

C2C, via our Design Your Own Platform and Locker Room stores, designs, decorates and supplies team wear and merchandise nationally.

About The Role

As a trainee, we want to provide you with the opportunity for career progression or re-entry to the workforce and growth from this entry-level position, that is only limited by your enthusiasm and interest.

You will learn Shopify one of the greatest global eCommerce platforms and its multitude of associated plugins and apps.

You will learn about garment decoration, personalisation and the latest digital logo production equipment.

You will be based in sunny Port Macquarie, and working with clients nationally. The role would include, but is not limited to:

eCommerce Administration

• Shopify Updates & order processing
• Inbound email, live chat and phone enquiries & orders
• customer & supplier approval of artwork and samples 
• order pick and pack
• arrange local and international couriers and label printing 
• local delivery of products to our customers
• daily mail & occasional banking
• Import tracking and notification

Production

• receipt and warehousing of stock   
• digital logo printing 
• heat pressing of logos, names and numbers on garments
• name and number personalisation

About You

As part of our eCommerce and Production team, you will need to be a good communicator, well organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The following will be highly regarded.

• Manual car driver license or willingness to learn
• Attention to detail 
• Design skills
• heavy lifting ability

Remuneration

Award rate according to traineeship
