Sports Uniform Salespeople (Online) Part Time or Full Time

 C2C Sport (aka C2C) is a dynamic family owned sportswear brand established in 1988. C2C operates licensed merchandise and supplies teamwear globally.

Working with our business development team, you will convert qualified leads into team uniform orders. You will need knowledge of sports apparel manufacture, design and sales.

What's on the offer

Salary + Commission in every successful sale.

Salary: TBD

Commission: 4% of Sales

Work schedule: Willing to work between 10AM to 8PM AEST.

Flexible - with a minimum of 20 hours to a maximum of 40hrs per week.

With 13 month bonus and 15 days paid holidays (accrued) after 3mos probationary period for full-time contractors.

Duties include

  • Establishing new business via outbound calls
  • Maintaining existing accounts via outbound calls
  • Inbound live chat, email and phone enquiries
  • Market Research on sports club/associations Australasia and beyond

Minimum Requirements

  • 10 years of sales or relevant sports industry experience
  • Excellent organisational skills & CRM record keeping
  • Excellent customer rapport and communication

Desirable attributes

  • Great attitude to working in a small business

  • Flexibility and ability to work harmoniously with C2C team members

Purpose: To be an integral team member of the company by effectively increasing the sales of C2C products consistent with the goals and expectations of the company.

This will be achieved by meeting or exceeding sales and revenue target expectations and the successful growth of C2C within the marketplace.

Primary Duties:

Sales Conversion & Processing, Sales Prospecting & Account Management Activity

  •  Meet Budgeted Sales Figures
  •  Work closely with C2C sales workforce to be aligned with team goals and objectives
  •  Participate in sales meetings using CRM system generated reports to detail leads created, calls made, opportunities won and lost
  •  Weekly sales pipeline report including leads status and any progress
  • Apply appropriate strategies to ensure that sales and profit targets are met
  • Ability to work under pressure, within stipulated time frames
  • Provide input into developing specific plans to ensure sales growth and profit
  • Report on product trends, competitor activities and market developments
  • Develop and improve C2C sales tools, sales procedures and sales policies
  • Develop and improve C2C product offering in existing product areas
  • All activities must be recorded through Zoho CRM system

Design Your Own Platform

We have a self-service Design Your Own (DYO) platform that allows customers to design their own team uniforms online.  Our goal is to make ordering easier with anytime online self service via DYO. With its great features and benefits to users, we would like to introduce it to a wider range of B2B sports clubs and associations and position ourselves differently from our competitors through a better and easier customer journey with C2C.
