WHAT IS SUBLIMATION?
Dye sublimation is a process utilised in garment manufacture where all colours, patterns, graphics, logos, names and numbers are fused into the fabric using high temperatures as opposed to only coating the fabric surface. It provides the best quality, most durable printing option and gives the fabric a softer touch. The colour remains strong even after extensive washing.
CAN WE USE OUR OWN LOGOS?
Logos can be uploaded to our DYO; they will need to be in transparent PNG format. Other formats are possible but you will need to contact email@example.com for more information. Costs are usually associated if the correct format cannot be provided.
WHAT FABRICS ARE USED?
100% Polyester is used for sublimated garments. Please refer to the individual product descriptions for more information. C2C use many types of fabric for different garments to give the best performance. Some examples are below:
Cooldry – essential uniforms, polos etc.
New Cooldry, Milk Silk, Lycra, Drop needle – high performance uniforms
Breathable Mesh, Butterfly Mesh, Diamond Mesh, Interlock – panelling
Fleece – hoodies
Kinetic – sublimated fleece
Bonded fabric – tracksuits
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
Stock uniforms – 1 Custom uniforms – 7 Socks = 300 pairs and 100 per size Please note sample charge applies for 1pc
WILL WE SEE ANY SAMPLES?
Photos of samples for approval can be provided for free. Physical samples can be posted to you for an additional charge. Please also note that turnaround time can be extended if physical samples are required.
DO THE COLOURS RUN OR FADE?
Dye sublimation prints resist fading and offer excellent colour fastness rating of 4-5.
WHAT ABOUT SIZING?
Sizing is based on standard Australian garment sizes.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Turnaround time starts from the time artwork approval and payment are received.
Custom Design Your Own (DYO) orders = 4-6 weeks
Stock uniforms = 7-10 working days – if printing is required allow 14 working days.
Locker room = Timers are placed on specific items to let members order within the time frame. Orders are collated for bulk production and will be delivered or ready for pick up in 4 weeks after the timer closes.
Any changes made once orders are placed may increase turnaround time and additional charges."
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Payment can be made online, over the phone by credit card or direct deposit.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Freight is calculated according to the delivery destination.
