Custom made to order vs off the shelf items
Custom made to order items are C2C products that are manufactured from scratch and takes longer to finish ( normally 6-8 weeks) compared to off the shelf items that are locally supplied and decorated (1-2 weeks lead time).
What items are eligible for the 15% discount?
All custom made to order items including Mens/Ladies Singlets, Warm Up Tees, Polos, Tech Jacket and Hoodies, Beanies, Scarf, Socks and Towels are eligible for the 15% Sea Freight discount for as long as all other requirements are met.
Off the shelf items like Express Tees, Bags, Caps and Stubby Coolers are sold at a regular price and are NOT eligible on the Sea Freight discount.

What is the delivery timeline?
After an order is placed, production normally takes 4-6 weeks then another 4 weeks for sea freight delivery. Estimated delivery is early October 2023.
Is there an extra fee for decoration?
Custom made to order items are fully customisable without extra cost.
For off the shelf items, $10 applies (per side) on extra decoration.
