Prince Harry visited Netball Central yesterday continuing his tour of the Invictus Games 2018 venues. After spending much of Wednesday getting wet in thunderstorms as he launched the 500-day countdown to next year’s games in the harbour city. He’s in town for just two days to promote the games he founded four years ago for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women.
“Sport is what would make the difference. Sport would make these guys and girls rebuild their lives.
“As Australians know better than anyone, sport has an unparalleled ability to bring people together.”
“I have no doubt that the Sydney public will make these games their own. They will witness the very best of human courage, defiance and spirit.”
